As we move towards the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in 2017, a number of resources have been made available to help guide your reflections.
As we commemorate the Reformation, we
remind ourselves of some of the darkness attached to
Martin Luther and his time. In 1995, we offered a statement to the
in which we repudiated all anti-Semitism and, in
particular, that of Luther and of his time.
Resources include Reformation study booklets written by writers from every region of our global Lutheran communion, some by ecumenical partners and resources for Bible study as well as ecumenical and interfaith relations.
