LUTHERAN INVESTMENT FUNDS AND ENDOWMENTS (LIFE) PROGRAM Did you know that there is an investment strategy available to ELCIC members and congregations that can help you grow your own finances while at the same time assisting in the growth of the church? The ELCIC Lutheran Investment Funds and Endowments (LIFE) program can help accomplish both of these goals. Through the ELCIC LIFE program, your investment not only helps you plan for the future but assists the growth of the church by making available funds to help ELCIC congregations expand current facilities or begin new building projects that directly benefit ELCIC members and surrounding communities. The funds can also be used to support special projects and ministries of the church. Over the past ten years, the ELCIC LIFE Program has provided 24 mortgages and short-term loans to eligible congregations and affiliated ministries of the ELCIC. Following is the LIFE Program brochures and applications form for you to make available to your treasurer, church council and members of your congregation.
