MNO SYNOD SEEKING APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF
YOUTH MINISTRY FACILITATOR/CAMPUS CHAPLAIN

Winnipeg, May 20, 2003 (ELCIC) --The Manitoba/Northwestern Ontario Synod is looking for a Youth Ministry Facilitator/Campus Chaplain to serve as a member of the synod staff team. The person filling this position will provide ministry as a Synod Youth Ministry Facilitator on a basis of 50% of full time and ministry as a Campus Chaplain at University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg on a basis of 50% of full time. This position is open to ordained clergy or qualified lay persons.

Qualifications:
Commitment to Youth and Young Adult Ministry
Commitment to Campus Ministry and to working in an ecumenical/interfaith environment
Self starter, motivated, and works well with others

This will be a two year call or appointment, renewable
Salary commensurate with MNO Synod Minimum Salary Guidelines
The position is based in Winnipeg
